A two-day long Quantum Yoga Program happened in Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Cumilla on January 25 and 26, 2020. Sixty-two newly recruited administration cadres, including forty-eight male and fourteen female students of 71st fundamental training course, attended the event.
The event consisting of first-hand yoga experience, postures, breathing techniques and discussions on lifestyle practices had been an exceptional journey for the participants. They shared their feelings by sayingthey might avail a peaceful perspective on life through this.
