Quantum Yoga Program at Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD)

A two-day long Quantum Yoga Program took place in Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Cumilla on January 25 and 26, 2020. Sixty-two newly recruited administration cadres, including forty-eight male and fourteen female students of 71st fundamental training course, attended the event.

The event consisting of first-hand yoga experience, postures, breathing techniques and discussions on lifestyle practices had been an exceptional journey for the participants. They shared their feelings by saying they could avail a peaceful perspective on life through this.

Organier of Quantum Foundation and Chief Instructor of Quantum Yoga Program, Ahmed Sharif conducted the event.

It is to be noted that, earlier Quantum Yoga Program took place in same venue on April 26 and 27, 2019. One hundred and ten newly recruited administration cadres of 68th fundamental training course attended the event.
